Of course, a major function in burial ground administration is maintenance of the Public Register so that all the Cemetery cases can be viewed.
In traditional book forms these fell into categories like the Register of Graves, the Register of Burials, the Register of Exclusive Rights, etc.
All of these options can be produced by printing out from the Scribe Cemetery database in the required manner. Some councils may wish to routinely print out in these formats, and others may be happy to rely on the computer records.
In Scribe Cemetery, under Reports, view the Burial Register and select either the Burial, Exclusive or Memorial Register to view
Under the advanced tab you can set the parameters of the information that you wish to be reported.
Click on view report and once produced this can be printed or downloaded into a format of your choice.
